​Woodlands Cornish Venison is proud to be able to offer a high quality and highly marketable venison product to trade customers.
 
All our venison can be traced from birth to plate, and our stock enjoys a high level of animal welfare.
 
As our stock is not shot in the wild, we have no close season.  Although the bulk of our sales occur between September and Christmas, ultimately our venison is available year round. 
 
We boast a high meat to bone ratio of around 55%, with an average carcass weighing in between 50-70kg. 
 
We can provide whole carcasses, just the hind, or four quarters, as suits you.
 
All deer are inspected by vets and meat hygiene services both before and after slaughter.
