Our deer are humanely slaughtered on our own farm – they never have to suffer the stress of being transported, and each one is checked by vets to maintain our high standards.

They are able to graze on open species-rich pasture, and browse in woodlands on tree-shoots, bramble berries, and anything that they would eat in the wild.
